The URD equal length headers say that you need to disconnect the steering shaft for the install.
I know this thread has a sarcastic "let's get Sean to spend money on crap that he doesn't need and we want" feel to it; but in this case, I'm genuinely curious. The equal length headers have an increase in power across the band. Unlike other long tube headers that provide power in the higher RPM range, but have a drop in the daily-driving-RPM-range.
@Silverback has a fairly heavy truck, and I'd like to know if he thinks these are worth it.
I'm thinking these could be an alternative source of power as opposed to a re-gear. At least a bandaid until I can afford to regear and lock.
