All Weatherby calibers are magnums. 300 Wby Mag, 7mm Wby Mag, 257 Wby Mag, 240 Wby Mag, etc.

Which caliber? The A-Max and V-Max bullets are great for hunting.

Oops, thought I put it in the post. It was my AR chambered in 6.8 SPC. This was the first time shooting it for any kind of accuracy. I was pleased that it was sub-MOA at 100 yards. Wanted to shoot further but by the time I got done at the 100 yard range the 200 yard was full and I had prior arrangements so I had to leave. I'm considering getting a membership at the range so I can can shoot past 200 yards with some of my guns. But it's not cheap.
Which range were you at? I heard of a range called Way-Out West in Santo that I want to go check out. One of my customers referred me to it and said he had a pretty good time over there.

ETTS in Maypearl. They have a 100 and 200 yard range open to the public (along with multiple pistol & tactical bays) for $30 a day. Memberships are $600 a year for individual or $750 a year for families (two spouses and two kids under 21). Members have access to a range up to 1200 yards (soon to be 1300) as well as bringing guests for a discounted rate and guests have access to the membership areas. Members also get discounted entry to their competitions and classes I believe.
I know that place. Is it under new management yet? I was out there a few years ago and the owner was a jackass.
