That's Mr Asshole to you
That one's from Mills County. One lease in Hico and one in between Hamilton and Goldthwaite. This buck came off the second lease. I've got a big'n on camera from the Hico lease as well. Hard to tell if it's bigger or not from the photos. Also, somebody's high fence must have broken because we have elk and red stag on camera now...
Very cool. My brother has a lease in Mills that is close to Goldwaith

Love those dark colored antlers, nice buck for sure, probably more money on a lease like that than I’m willing to fork out.

Another member on one of our deer leases shot one of the giants I was going to go after when I get home. Rats! I bet that deer will at least be in the top 3 in the big buck contest this year. I was hoping to win a thousand bucks! Oh well, there's 2 other bign's on camera waiting for me :sniper:

I dusted off my sling shots this past weekend. Forgot how fun it was to throw rocks. It's been at least a year or so. The one time the ranger came to check on us and I had it in my pocket had me rethink things......think it's time I got myself a holster.

So my sammich maker's won handguard arrived today. The CNC and cerakote work is pretty nice. The overall length is 12" and it came with the mounting nut. The whole thing weighs about as much as my Samsung S8 does. This does make Christmas stuff for her pretty easy - gecko and AR15 parts. Quiet the combo this year lol

Really digging the new stock . Didn't know how I'd feel about the gray and stainless look but it's really growing on me. Didn't want black again. New scope rings and bipod should be here Sunday. Cheek riser said it will ship in 2-3 days. Can't wait to get it out to the range in a few weeks after our maintenance outage at work.

Cool thing about that stock is that it will fit the factory barrel and a bull barrel with a .920OD. Just takes a flip of the mounting spacer. I have the same one and a bull barrel to put on one of my 10/22s. Just need to get an optic for it and put it all together.

That's because it is! I think the Magpul Hunter stock for the R700 looks really cool, but I don't want to put any money into that rifle. I never use it
What caliber? Is it a sendero? Wanna sell it

Roger that. Sendero is a Remington package you can get in a m700. Come with a heavy barrel which are fluted most of the time. Usually only in larger calibers though.

So my trip to the far side of Dallas today ended with me bringing home a starter kit for a new toy. I have an odd love for the H&K 51k... something about a 7.62 with a 4" barrel that requires you to wear a glove on the front hand. It is hard to explain but such a blast to shoot. I also got to run a few magazines through an AR with a binary trigger. I can say it is worth the money if you want a legal way to blast through some ammo fast. I have shot a lot of different full auto AR setups and it can keep up with the vast majority of them after some practice. My gun friend has a Fostech Binary Trigger and has been recommending I buy one before they get reclassified as a machine gun by the 2018 Congress (which has been part of the discussion after the Vegas shooting). After today I do want to get one soon.

What came home...

What it will be in the end after some metal work, an SBR stamp, and a few parts.

This is a friend's HK 51k with an auto sear that cost enough it would make some members here deactivate their account. Turn the volume up loud enough you can feel it...

No shame in this 20 round mag dump.

That laugh at the end of the second video shows the need for more giggle switches...

Got my G34 frame stippled, finger grooves removed and the trigger well shaved down. It feels a lot better in the hand and most importantly the wife approves.
