I keep forgetting to post pics of my current build in here. Just sanded and finished a new extended wood stock and refinished the fore stock to match last weekend. Also replaced the lever with a custom larger lever so my hand fits better. Not happy with any of it. Need to go darker on my stain and ease all the edges of the lever. For the $37 I spent on the new stock and lever I guess I got what I paid for.

Lucky guy. I wish our country was that progressive with firearm laws.
Sadly they just repealed the full auto firearm ownership and are now enforcing a new length restriction (60cm IIRC) and magazine restriction (10 rounds).

I'm not a huge fan of the NRA. But I thought this was pretty funny and had to share.

What other na

Just curious, what other National organization does more to protect the 2nd Amendment?
Understood. I'm not a fan of their current leadership or the compromising stance they have been taking on bump stocks

The NRA used to be hard set against giving up rights. Now they seem to come to the table knowing what they are going to give up to save face and save money. They could be doing more/better in liberal states with magazine limits but instead they push for memberships with that fear in other states.

As for bump stocks- there is no reason for them to be outlawed other than fear and ignorance. The NRA is doing nothing to combat this.

Agree on all accounts. If you give them an inch of ground they will demand a mile...

Never been a member, never will.

I often will do that round up option at several of the online fishing stores that contributes a bit of pocket change at each purchase.

I figure if I support the manufacturer of goods, they will and should support the lobbyists and politicians.

I was a member. Stopped when I was in college for criminal justice. At the time a good deal of the leo's I know were not a fans of armor piercing rounds being fought for by them for use by the public. I agree and still do.

Supporters of the second amendment can and do not agree on everything. That's why I love the USA. I can think whatever I want. Also why I hate some tards, but in the end it's all about freedom.

I don't like the way my sammich maker tailgates. I still love her and plan on being with her until my last breath. I personally see the NRA as the organization that does the most for me in attempting to make sure my last breath is not in the hands of some thug.
