Debated bringing my hitch mount BBQ grill but decided against it.

Cool. Looking over my list, I don't think I'll even need a fire grate. Everything I have will be able to be wrapped in foil and cooked on coals. Other than the kebabs but I'll cook those s'mores style on a skewer over the fire. Or wrap them in foil as well.

@Silverback what kind of stuff does your kid eat when camping? not that I plan on cooking for her, just wondering. my boy is picky and unfortunately that means my menu is limited.

She will eat what we eat. Wife is working on the menu, we have it planned out, but its nothing kids only. Hey how old is you boy?

With it being dry the last month and no rain in the 10 day forcast we should not have any issues crossing the Buffalo River. Weather is looking nice.

Yea, I've been checking the river levels and they are very low at St Joe. Upper Buffalo National River Water Level at Ponca | Buffalo National River Cabins and Canoeing in Beautiful Ponca, Arkansas

That crossing at Woolum ought to be doable this year.
