So aside from @tex and @MatthewMay1 sharing a tent this next trip :) ... what are the thoughts on the harder trail.. provided we can get a bit more info... like where to start and where to egress? Or just wing it, pick a point and go for it. Discuss?

Point the trucks in the desired direction and press down on skinny pedal.

I'll take that as a vote for harder shit.

yep. engage locker first and go. Only hang up I had was when we tried to drive around that fallen tree. It was wet and the more I tried the farther I got from getting up the hill. I am planning to have a winch by this trip.

Alright alright alright.. we have two for the harder shit. Come on cupcakes. Lets do a new trail (not like I have been on the first).. but I want a challenge.

I'm not opposed to some more technical trails. I've got some surface rust on my sliders that I'd be okay with scraping off. Then again, I do want to be able to drive my truck home when we're done :D

If I can make it, I'm game for whatever. I want to drive my rig back home as well, but I'm up for trying something a little harder if that's the decision. I'll be the loser if I must.

We need to have a shake down run to make sure your rig is still trail worthy. When do you want to hit HF?

Harder trail sounds fun, but if we're exploring new trails into the unknown, not sure I'd want to bring my 6 year old. That's my thought for the day.

I'm actually ok with either. If the consensus is the easier trail then that will be it. You bring up a good point about little ones on a harder trail. We can always do another trip to explore the harder stuff. @bakerla I'll add you to the list... didn't realize I left you off.

Does make sense about having families on the trail. Maybe do another harder designated trip later.

I heard they woke up around 9AM, rolled out at 10:30AM for Starbucks and then hit the nail salon before going out to take pics in the woods.
