Bought this scope yesterday with the MD3 reticle yesterday. It's the smallest scope on the market with that magnification range. It'll fit great on my 12.5" 6.5G upper.

Yeah a quote from my buddy has stuck with me on hunting scopes. He said "I want as much magnification as I can get and the clearest glass possible so I can see what I'm shooting at. If you think about it, it's cheaper than paying a fine when you shoot a buck that's too small".

Just remember during this time of marketing - No one can "save" money by spending money they weren't going to spend to begin with - that theory is mathematically flawed.
It's a shame we are turning a national day of thanks into a national day of shopping. This year half of the time my nephews spent with family was online shopping. Made me wonder why I even left my house to spend time with my families TV when my TV works just fine. Sad.....

Dang... I had a gift cert for HD and still didn't buy anything. Once I open the flood gates it's hard to close them. My $150 gift cert would of turned into a 1k purchase
I took my personnel e-mail off my work phone. That helped a ton. Yesterday I cleared the email account from my PC and there must of been 100+ black Friday e-mails spanning 2 weeks time. Much easier to not be tempted when you don't see the e-mails.
