Well the deck is finished. Pavers have been moved and I pinched a nerve in my lower back. Small victory.
Yep and to Keep the leaves from migrating towards it..The short fence hiding the AC unit?
What router did you end up going with?Installed a new router yesterday. It's my last attempt to fix the internet connection in the two back bedrooms before I just run Cat6 throughout the house. So far, so good.

TPLink AX1800. Completely blind purchase. Just had good reviews on Amazon and I've heard good things about TPLink from others who use them. Fit the budget at $99.What router did you end up going with?

No my mom's house is an outlier. It's basically a beach house on a street. Also, my parents built this house in sections (they would save up, build one floor, wait & save up again, etc...) And IIRC, this section with the water line was going to be closed in at one time (which would've closed in the water line as well) but that never happened so then you get weird shit like this.Wait.... thats the service line right? Holy crap - here I am thinking the media is over hyping the storm.
Is that standard practice to have above ground service lines?
If thats the case..... plumbers are going to be very busy for a very long time down there & if anyones looking to buy a house - you had better take a real long good look for leaks prior.
My mortgage payment just went up $700...
...looking at refi options.
Yeah, storm was no joke.. things are still frozen. That ice on the spillways is about 3' tall and protrudes 12-15".. thick stuff.

Escrow seems to always be wanting more, I started paying my taxes separately so they stopped holding so much of my money. Why let them play with a few extra grand?
