I took off work yesterday to meet the city inspector to inspect my power pole to make sure it hadn't been damaged by a falling tree limb. So I passed that with flying colors as he was there and gone in two minutes. Centerpoint showed up at lunch to reconnect the power!
So I woke up early to move over all of my wife's outdoor plants, my outdoor stuff, welcome mats, etc... to make the house look lived in. It's crazy what some plants in pots and a welcome mat will do to make a house feel like home.
I had sometime to kill waiting for Centerpoint so I cut down a bunch of low hanging branches (I would have to duck under them while mowing or weedeating) and filled up my little 4'x10' trailer with the branches.
My wife and I moved everything over from our attic to the new houses attic. She's been going through all the kiddo's stuff and donating what we haven't been able to sell or give away.
Electrician should be by today to troubleshoot some breakers that are tripping.
Painters will be onsite this weekend to finally start priming and then painting the baseboards.
AC contractor will be by on Tuesday to charge my AC units and get them turned on so we can finally air condition the house.
