I cant even come up with a thought process on how they came to the conclusion those laws are good or will prevent anything.
Wonder how many deaths in that state have happened from over dosing on heroin? Should probably make that illegal to sell, buy, use, or have.

Companies are moving out as well. A recent change that will be affecting trucking companies will probably force many out as well.
Due to the very high workmans comp taxes most trucking companies will hire an owner operator that is pretty much contracted labor. Well the new law will prevent trucking companies to hire them unless they pay the workmans comp tax.
Its worded so that if you hire contracted labor they cant perform a similar job or service that your company provides.
So if you have a landscape company you cant hire contracted labor to provide landscape services without being taxed but you can hire a janitorial service to clean bathrooms with out paying the tax.
