They pay that until they clear their shit off or I tell then go fuck themselves and don't trespass on my land. Then I sell their equipment lol

I pulled another F150 out of a ditch today. This one was buried pretty good in a drainage ditch and trees. This makes two in two weeks. I pulled the guy out pretty easy. He jumped out of his truck and asked what was in the "little truck" because he expected it to take a much bigger truck because he was sitting on the frame on the other side. I just told him it is a Toyota. :p

Why did I feel obligated to weld on the typical type resi mounts?

I'm not seeing it. Granted he might be a good guy. But how did you come to know he needed some help? Again. Not calling him out. But just curious as to how you knew he needed help.

Helped David wire up his winch tonight. The cables are way overkill seeing that they're 2/0, but hey, what's a little overkill?

We were all but done and spooling the line onto the winch when the winch moved forward on it's mounts. David made the mistake of not pushing the winch all the way to the front of the slots in the bumper. Lesson learned, but now he has to pull the bumper to move the winch forward and tighten everything down.

I guess that's a bonus to running an ARB like mine, the foot of the winch faces forward. If the winch moves on it's mounts you have bigger problems. lol

Who makes/sells that solenoid?

I would certainly wrap those rascals unless he likes welding experiments.

I have known him for several years and helped him with his first lift. He was also the blue tacoma in my Colorado pictures. The meet was pretty much done through text and Facebook.

I used zero gauge wire to relocate my solenoid and to power the winch.

The winch is a superwinch tigershark. They come with the newer style contactor.

Covering the terminals may not be a bad idea. :D

The funny thing is that this wire is actually labeled 1/0, but measures out to 2/0.

I was shopping for a spare a while ago and saw those and I can't find them. They are something like IP68 or some-some.
