Wow, they found it in one night? Those suckers worked fast.Went to the deer lease last night to see about a turkey this morning. I get back to the house and go to open the truck fridge and it has no power. Plug has no power and the breakfast food inside was not real cold. Fuck.
Come home since the turkey hunting was slow and pull out the volt meter. Turns out some mice or rats got into my engine bay last night and chewed the power wire for my accessories and the power wire for the light bar.
Was able to get it fixed and buttoned up but man what a PITA.
What radio do you have?Got my antenna mounted and the cable ran into the cabin. This ain't going to be the finally setup but it'll work for a while. At least long enough to get me through the LNF trip next month. Still waiting on a couple of parts to show up to finish the install. And debating a few different places to install the radio unit itself. Hopefully I can get it all wrapped up this weekend.

Finally got some jumper cables for the Ford. Big suckers.. things are heavy. Came in a large hard plastic case but picked up a soft case for them. Save some space.

Interesting they have two different cables. I bought these back a few years ago for my ford, same gauge and rating, also came in a hard case. They were on sale back then for $79.99. Only difference appears to be the ones I got are Poly coated and yours are Vinyl, not sure which coating is better/worse. Either way, I'm sure they both will work just great! *knock on wood* I haven't had to use mine since I bought them, but I know if I didn't have them the batteries would have diedThose cables are beefy as fuck that's all I know!
Curious your review on that mount. I was looking at a similar one on Amazon that would allow me to lay the WeBoost antenna flat across the bed when not in use. Looked identical except it wasn't one that attaches to a body panel like that.Got my antenna mounted and the cable ran into the cabin. Ordered some goodies for mine today.
Midland MXT275 radio bundle
Also some new tires. Went with the Yokohama MT in 295/70/17. Wanted them in 285/75/17 but they were $336 each and the 295 I got for $207.
