$Runner is back home from the local auto shop. They did manage to swap the steering rack and do an alignment. When I picked it up they admitted they did not do a real good job on the alignment because they do not have much experience with lifted vehicles. So I plan to get to Tandem in Ft Worth this week to get a proper alignment done.
Now to make matters worse the CV angles were to much after the alignment and were popping just driving straight. I ended up going home to get the tools to lower the ToyTec shocks in a parking lot. Once it came down an inch on the shock (so ~2" of height) it drove great with no popping. I plan to check it after a day of driving and possibly dropping it another inch.
