Finally took the time to put together a real reloading bench. This is 11' long x 2' wide x 3' tall at the work bench height. Tomorrow will be the shelves above and below added on. I already have a long power strip to go on the bench; just debating under the shelf or under the edge of the work bench. I am leaning towards under the work bench. The Inline Fabrication mount is a really nice upgrade. It has the quick change top so I can finally have both my Hornady and Dillon presses setup for use as needed. On the far right will be a built in vertical storage spot for both presses and later a small vise. I plan to get a gunsmith vise also for the Inline Fabrication mount next month. This will be a full reloading/ gunsmith bench. At some point I will install a sink on the left end of the bench (already plumbed for water and drain) with a splash shield.

Now for the pics..

I fully subscribe to the strong enough + a little. I know I am hard and abusive on stuff so I try to build it right the first time.

Did you secure that 2x6 to the wall as well? My big bench in the garage is very similar . I just added triangulation at the ends to keep the legs from walking.. not that its going anywhere. Top is 2 sheets of 5/8's wood glued and screwed to 2x4's running front to back at every foot or so.

I have a few things left - sink install, die box shelf inside the cabinet, press mounts inside the cabinet, and the top shelf. This morning when I picked up the last boards I could not fit the 12' top board inside my 4Runner to keep it dry when it was trying to rain. Oh well, this is a lot closer to done than I was on Friday.

Oh you are good.. my end legs are prone to someone kicking them or getting hit.. your's are not and I see you tied them to the back legs. Carry on. :)

That was the last time your garage was that clean too.

So I started putting gear and supplies on the new bench and shelves. I will have to mess with it to see what changes I need to make. But dang it is nice to have all this space.
