Not a lot was accomplished over the weekend. Did get my charcoal canister patched and so far, no check engine lights.

Got my Garmin In-Reach mini finally hard wired in. Was unable to route the wire exactly how I wanted. A few years ago they replaced the windshield and apparently put WAY too much adhesive on it. It bonded my A-pillar cover to the truck. Unable to remove it without breaking so I just ran it as best I could. Will see what else I can get done.

Been meaning to pick up one of those Elements when I go to Duluth but haven’t been in forever.

I took the past week off from doing anything to the Tacoma. Spent most of the time cleaning my garage. Seriously spent 40+ hours cleaning between the weekend and weeknights. WOW.. does not look like an episode of Hoarders any longer. It's not done but its 90 better than what it was. Anyhow, I did replace my LED Maglight on the drivers seat with this 12k lumen one from Nebo. It is rechargeable and I am on the fence about putting a charging plug down next to it and allow it to charge while driving. I think I'd rather just plug it in when its dead. No Lithium battery bombs please.

Yeah, its mounted a little crooked... not on purpose. Or maybe it was lol

Did not want to work on wiring.... which I really need to do. But I did do some work on my bed system. Got the center divider built up. Not sure I want to cut down the sides to allow it to be a little tighter on top the case. I figure once I get another side done and can add some "roof" pieces I can see how tight it actually is. I am a little worried the fasteners might come lose so I will probably pull each one out one by one and use some loctite once I get the final thing done. I will also be cutting the bedmat and removing the portion this sits on.

It's not as fun as I thought it would be. lol I am thinking when I get it all finalized I might hit the joints with a spool gun or buy a Chineasium AC/DC Tig.
I had to stop for the evening though... I ran out of M5 washers.... I have everything else. So... I'll hit up Lowes tomorrow and get back at it while I wait for Amazon to deliver me 200 of them.

Alright, ran out of the t-slot nuts. But I got over half of it done. Will cut the rest of the materials to length tonight so when they arrive I can push on. I put some thin aluminum along the sides to act as guide rails, the cases where catching on the vertical supports.

A little more progress. Now I am awaiting parts. I also need 90 degree supports. I'm going to mount them on the bottom side as well. I guess I'll be forced to work on wiring. Ughh

Got the cross pieces in, still awaiting the 90's to put underneath to provide support. Also need to add some additional turn buckles up front to hold it in place. But moving along. Next up will be to go pickup a piece to go over the top... and that will impact the budget for sure. Looking at alternatives (HDPE) or possibly thinner aluminum. Maybe 3/16" vs 1/4".

Edit.. wrong pics.
