At least run cable to the entertainment system area. A cabled connection is always faster than a wireless connection.
How's the land search going?Did that years ago. Whole place is set up with coax I ran back in the day to all the bedrooms/office/living room.
Just the kitchen & basement don't have "dedicated outlets"
How's the land search going?
So where are you going to shift your focus too?I stopped looking in NY when NY started the legislation to criminalize wearing BR vests. I could of handled all their other BS 2A laws, but that one cuts deep if it passes.
After this weeks snow I def reconfirmed my love for the cold so still leaning North. Sucks because rural NY has very good camping, quad, side x side & snowmobile resources. They do a really good job of the trails and laws surrounding driving quads & side x sides on paved roads.
So where are you going to shift your focus too?

No where especially. Just taking one day at a time.
If I can find a good job in a cold climate within 2hrs of ski mountains Ill let work dictate the move.
If I can't find a good job Ill start looking for land within that criteria because Ill be going crazy living with my mom.
I can tell you I will not be living in any major city and I do not mind an hr drive each way to work, but would prefer less.
Not that many states that my budget and requirements align. I want a minimum of 20 acres ~would prefer 100, waterfront, no neighbors, no right of ways, non-incorporated "town" so I can do & build what I want when I want, land must have some elevation, and would prefer raw forest. All for less than six figures.
Oh and the land MUST be clean. I plan on living off it so I do not want some superfund site or be downriver from one. Already did that for 18 years and it's not fun.
Is NH a great state to move to?I'm thinking gun laws and taxes.

Their state motto is "Live Free or Die", As far as I know they have some of the best gun laws around up in new england. Not sure about the taxes, I'll have to ask my sister how much she's paying for real estate taxes up there. I know they moved to NH because the income taxes were cheaper than if they were to live in VT. Her husband got a job in VT, he will commute over the border there. They are right on the edge of NH between the two states, Lyme NH.
We visited NH a few years ago. I remember thinking it was a very nice area. Some decent off-road and hiking trails and some beautiful geography. I liked NH much better than what I've seen of NY, NJ, CT, or Mass.
16000 lumens of fury. I’d say it’s a nice improvement over the junk that was in there, I was going to add a second light but don’t think there’s a need to!I bet you blind someone with that.
NYC controlling the state is one reason my Aunt left upstate NY. Not that she did a whole lot better going to West Virginia but at least she escaped.
