IDK man - I just watched it while eating lunch and as an avid NASCAR fan who watches every race and who's been to many races in person including a few Daytona 500's I thought it was about as spot on as you are going to get. He admitted that NASCAR overreacted. He admitted to seeing it and not saying anything to anyone. IMHO the guy just wants to do his job and avoid all this press BS. If you have seen his other interviews goingback years you can tell real quickly if he wants to be there or not. He's a strait shooter IMHO based on his history. I'm amazed the story even got out. NASCAR doesn't need the bad press and this helps no one.
