Cut yourself out of a tent one time and all the sudden you are Mr CutsHimselfOutofaTent. LOL

Reroof your house & you're not a roofer.
Fix the plumbing & you're not a plumber.

But you suck one cock...

It's about time you pulled the trigger. You have been looking at that for what, 4 years? :).

Very nice trailer though, things are built like an aircraft.

Yes, long slow trigger pull... But hey 4 years ago they didn't have anything over 16ft and with a slide.

Just don't wake up in the middle of the night drunk as hell with acetylene torch in hand and cut my tent!

I'll leave the torch at home... But if you have the ac on I might knock on the tent door and ask to sleep on the couch. :)

A team that I play with in Baja planned a camp trip about 4 months ago. This morning we woke to a news story where the campsites are on fire. :(

It towes nicer than our other RV by far, but...we had to drive into a headwind of 10-13mph but the Taco is bit underpowered in the hill country, not just of because of weight(3500lbs) it was the additional wind resistance...
on the flatlands, no problem cruise 65mph ~2300rpm.

No RV sway from winds or going downhill at 70, and those torsion axles are very nice compared to our other RV and other spring axle trailers I have towed.

If I was using the wife's Tahoe, it probably shouldn't be a problem and besides maybe it excuse to buy my own full size, last month I test drove a few different trucks, just don't know what I would buy.

You both need to invest in superchargers before they're discontinued!

Too late for that. It would be interesting to see if the last ones get a premium placed on them or sold at a discount. :)

My cot suffered a catastrophic failure this weekend. Around 2AM as I went to bed I discovered that I had put the rain fly on backwards and therefor could not enter my tent. Sooo.. I decided to take it off.. well camp has these baseball sized rocks all over and I stepped on one in the dark.. caused me to fall over (I swear it had NOTHING to do with any beer I might have drank) and when I fell I tipped the cot over and bent one of the aluminum legs on the cot. Tent is fine, cot is a total write-off. :) FYI, this was the cot http://www.rei.com/product/721722/byer-maine-military-cot

I think I might get one of the Bass Pro Shops branded cots next. Seem a bit beefier.

I'm not a fan of either of those designs. Legs kill, be it on a cot or a chair. Not only do they poke through stuff like tent bottoms, sink in soft pack ground, they also bend easily as you know.

Here's what cot Ive been rocking for 5+ years (1" tubular steel frame and 80" long)
shopping

Do the same for my chairs...

no plastic clips or crap to break. Just steel or aluminum held together with rivets.
